This Monitor speaker makes no compromises when it comes to sound quality. Meticulous development work has resulted in a very linear and phase-coherent sound reproduction across the whole of the frequency spectrum; that well extends into the bass region. The bass is deep, pronounced, and dynamic, despite its small dimensions.

The m4.2 Next utilises cutting-edge drive units; a Scan-Speak’s textile diaphragm tweeter to deliver high frequencies up to 27kHz. This is complemented by a 165mm Peerless mid-woofer featuring a cast aluminium frame and large excursion coated paper cone for deep and controlled bass.​
